Steel formwork is a formwork system that helps concrete take shape. It is assembled into a mold of a specific shape so that the concrete can be formed into the required geometric shape and size after pouring. Steel formwork usually consists of steel panels, support systems, connectors and adjustment devices, and has the characteristics of high strength, high precision and high reuse rate. Steel formwork is often used in commercial buildings, bridges, dams, and skyscrapers.

Types of Steel Formwork

A. According to the purpose of steel formwork, it can be divided into: civil construction (house construction) steel formwork and bridge steel formwork.
B.According to the pouring shape of the steel formwork, it can be divided into: box girder formwork, T-beam formwork, cover beam formwork, hollow beam formwork, round formwork, protective beam formwork, pier column head formwork, etc.

Packing & Delivery

Packaging:

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 

2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 

Delivery: 

1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 

2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 

3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
