Product Description

Ringlock is a multi-purpose modular scaffold system which can be used for all forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries, ship buliding, offshore construction and industrial maintenance. Ringlock scaffold has the following features:  Quick erection and dismantling: Ringlock scaffold is all pre-measured and just a hammer is required when erection. 

The Ringlock scaffolding system is a next-generation modular support system that replaces traditional scaffolding fasteners and bolts with an advanced integrated design. It features pre-welded connectors at both ends of the ledgers and diagonals, and an eight-hole rosette welded onto the vertical standards. Using gravity-assisted wedge locks, the system allows for quick and secure connections between ledgers, standards, and diagonal braces, forming stable triangular units. These planar units are then combined to create a robust three-dimensional structure.

The system offers outstanding safety, reduced labor requirements, fast assembly and disassembly, material efficiency, and a clean, professional appearance.

the lock pin of the diagonal brace.

Tips

Differences between 48 Series and 60 Series: 48 Series - Has a lower load-bearing capacity and is suitable for general building construction,decoration, and other projects. 60 Series - Has thicker vertical rods, stronger materials, and a higher load-bearing capacity,making it suitable for heavy-duty support, bridges, tunnels, and other scenarios with extremely large loads. Vertical Rod Connection Methods: Internal connection (60 Series) and external connection (48 Series).

Packaging:

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 

2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 

Delivery: 

1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 

2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 

3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
