- General-Purpose Basic Grade: 304/304L stainless steel pipes contain 18% chromium and 8%–10.5% nickel, boasting a well-balanced combination of corrosion resistance, formability, and cost efficiency. Ideal for general scenarios such as food conveyance and architectural decoration, the low-carbon 304L variant further enhances intergranular corrosion resistance after welding.
- Corrosion-Resistant Enhanced Grade: 316/316L stainless steel pipes incorporate molybdenum to optimize pitting and chloride ion corrosion resistance. Suitable for highly corrosive environments including marine settings, chemical medium transfer, and pharmaceutical water systems, the low-carbon 316L design improves weld compatibility.
- Specialized Grade for Extreme Conditions: This range includes 321 (titanium-stabilized, heat-resistant and intergranular corrosion-resistant, ideal for high-temperature equipment), 2205 duplex stainless steel (with twice the strength of 316 series and excellent stress corrosion resistance), and 904L super austenitic stainless steel (resistant to strong acids and alkalis, meeting the demands of high-end chemical and pharmaceutical industries), fully addressing the requirements of extreme operating environments.

The outer diameter tolerance is as low as ±0.018mm, wall thickness uniformity exceeds 98%, and straightness is ≤0.2mm/m, ensuring seamless installation compatibility and stable fluid flow performance.
- Surface Treatment: Available with pickling, bright annealing (BA), and electropolishing (EP) finishes. EP pipes feature an inner surface roughness of Ra≤0.2μm and a metal ion release rate of <10ppb, while BA pipes exhibit salt spray corrosion resistance for over 1000 hours, meeting the ultra-clean requirements of semiconductor manufacturing and high-purity water treatment.

Packing & Delivery

Packaging:

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 

2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 

Delivery: 

1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 

2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 

3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
